World-leading developer of audio DSP technologies for professional sound productions and consumer electronic is looking for a system engineering Project manager.

Participate in defining and assimilating the Project Management Life Cycle for a complex and diverse product line, involving multiple technical and non-technical disciplines across multiple sites and cultures in a vibrant and ever-changing business environment.
Integrate activities across all the involved teams.
Drive excellence and constant improvement via measurement and retrospective.
Present a clear and practical picture of the execution status to managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Co-manage the SoundGrid product line in tandem with a counterpart Software Project Manager
Manage all aspects of developing and manufacturing silicon, hardware and firmware
Participate in developing a tailored project management methodology that will respond to the business ever evolving needs
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to keep execution focused on the right things
Lead the process of planning in terms of cost, budget, schedule and risk
Constantly track the project key indicators, react to changes, maintain high performance delivery as required
Integrate the work of multiple teams of various types and geographies
Utilize both dedicated and shared resources
Integrate seamlessly with the software aspects managed by the Software Project Manager
Report to management – creating a high-quality tool for them to observe status and make decisions
Manage stakeholders
Relentlessly push the teams to success
Maintain a constant process of learning and improvement

Mandatory Qualifications

BSc. Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Sciences from a known University
At least 5 years of development experience in ASIC, Board Design or Firmware.
At least 5 years of managing complex silicon/system projects
Proven capabilities managing the following project aspects: budget, cost, schedule, features, performance, certifications and mass production
Experience managing activity in multiple sites
Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and partners world-wide
Experience with Project Management tools and Development Management tools
Excellent articulation and communication skills
Very high level of English
Advantage: Prior knowledge/experience in Digital Audio development and/or Music Production
