Key Responsibilities

Generate New Business – Build your book by networking, making strategic cold calls, and pursuing referral leads from current accounts.
Client Management – Maintain high-quality relationships through effective communication, attentive service, and proactive issue resolution.
Renewals & Coverage Explanations – Present renewals, explain coverage details, and advise on policy choices tailored to clients’ needs.
Cross-Selling – Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional coverage options to enhance client protection.
Claims Review & Analysis – Offer expert claims guidance, managing discussions and resolutions with clients.
Marketing & Proposals – Prepare marketing submissions, create impactful proposals, and produce summaries to keep clients informed and engaged.

Qualifications

Licensing – Level 2 Insurance License is required.
Experience – Proven sales background in the insurance sector, with expertise in mid-market to large commercial lines
Skills – Excellent communication, sound decision-making, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
