The Orange Factory (TOF) was founded in April 2014 in Barcelona and has since been led by an experienced Dutch IT manager. We offer teams of developers with a drive to innovate and come up with effective technical solutions for your business.

At TOF, we assemble the best possible team for your company, and we help you get the very best out of your development team. We do this by organizing development days, boot camps and teambuilding activities.

All developers working at TOF have excellent technical skills and a high level of English. Next to their technical skills, they have been selected on interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability to learn new technologies, and understanding of what it is like to work for an international company.

Within TOF, we form a strong team that is flexible and loves challenges. The development teams operate independently and align everything with their team leader.

We strive to reinforce the good team spirit by organizing regular teambuilding activities. We also challenge the developers to continually improve their skills by sharing and exploring new developments. By providing modern working spaces and a nice office in the heart of Barcelona, we aim to create an inspiring workplace!
