Position Title: Lead Assistant Brand Manager

Main Job Responsibilities:

Opportunity to lead and participate in branding of global renown well recognized bran
Work with sales teams to drive brand performance at retailers. Familiarity with mass retailers a plus
Help to drive content development including planning, creative briefs and execution
Successful execution of all programs (on budget and on time) included with annual marketing plans
Support new product development and launch, including pricing, and packaging development
Data driven to track and optimize spend and business performance.
Develop, perform and execute key market and consumer research projects
Strong analytical skills to help identify growth opportunities and address issues
Track marketplace activity by observing trends and preparing competitor analysis
Support cross functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, R&D and Operations

Location:
Oakville/Mississauga Border (Located right Off of QEW Exit) – Hybrid (3 Days WFH, 2 Days office)

Salary:
Based on Experience, Matching Pension, 100% Health/Dental Coverage Day 1, Free Gym,

Requirements:

Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, and/or Sales or Marketing
Minimum 3 years of related experience preferably within a consumer packaged goods environment
Knowledge, understanding, and passion for sports nutrition is an asset
Experience in copy writing and/or social content is an asset
Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an fast paced, energetic work environment
Must be available flexible hours throughout the year and may require travel within Canada
Customer service oriented – managing customer issues and feedback
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
