ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to be end-responsible for the satisfaction and success of our clients and the business results of these clients for the company. In this position you are end-to-end responsible and will take accountability for the delivery of our services through multiple departments in the company

You will be the main contact person for the processes and services between the company and its brand partners. You will act as the de-facto E-commerce Manager of the brands within the Consumer Electronics category. You will provide valuable inputs and insights into the creation and execution of the brand partner’s e-commerce strategy. You will fully utilize the services provided by the company to ensure the brand partners e-commerce success. It is also paramount for you to develop professional relationships with marketplaces and other channels which would be instrumental in the success and growth of the company’s brand partners.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the team in the formulation of annual and monthly sales plans, develop and implement campaigns and media plans within the Consumer Electronics category by understanding external trends, marketplaces’ programs and directives, best practices, along with the company’s capabilities, and co-developing their eCommerce objective and strategies.
Manage the company’s overall Consumer Electronics Category and Brand Partners E-Commerce profitability via P&L management
Maximize GMV with day-to-day collaboration with brand partners and channels
Brand Partner budget management and P&L execution to deliver agreed SLA’s
Ensuring best-in-class visual merchandise design, optimal product presentation and visibility on online channels
Bring the best assortment online, constantly ensure appropriate levels of inventory, timely replenishments as well as controlling days of inventory and depletion of non-moving stock items
Produce insightful merchandising analysis for clients to help dictate strategy and plans going forward
Leading all initiatives across different services, coordinating with internal cross function and external parties
Serve as the main Point of Contact between the company and Brand Partners, and overall responsible for Brand Partner relationship & satisfaction
Serve as E-Commerce subject matter expert
Identifies and anticipates additional opportunities for enhancements, improvements, new services, new tools and new channels
Establish and monitor progress against key performance indicators, provide timely Business Reviews and recommendations to brand partners and the company’s management team

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

5 years++ working experience in a Consumer Electronics company/brand, Ecommerce company, Internet start-up, E-Commerce Enabler.
Previous experience in business development, brand management, merchandising would be a plus.
Regional experience is a plus
Proficient Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
Proactive and problem-solving attitude
Strong client-facing abilities, with C-Level negotiation experience
Analytical, data-driven mindset
High interpersonal skill with problem solving
