Position: BSA/Sr. BSA
Experience Required: 4-6 Years
Location: Tampa, Florida, USA (Onsite Role)
Nature of Job: Permanent Role

The Candidate will:
Conduct business requirement gathering sessions with financial institutions for account opening and/or retail loans and/or commercial loans such as Commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial. Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers and resolve complex requirement conflicts through effective stakeholders’ engagement. Analyze functional issues and ensure timely resolution of issues/concerns and build healthy client relationship. Build and measure key value-add metrics for customers and identify new process areas for automation. Participate in calls with business development teams.

Candidate eligibility: Green Card and US Citizen

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred; should have 4 to 6 years of total experience with 1 to 3 years of experience as business analyst for software products like BPM, ECM, ERP, CRM. Experience in banking domain preferred.
Travel to various locations to interact with clients & to train users for different long/short term assignments.

Skill Set/Technical Skill:

Understanding of the software product market dynamics and software development processes.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with customer.
Document business requirements and Use Cases.
Interact with development team to explain the requirements
Possess excellent communication and customer management skills.
Exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management & strong analytical ability.
Good experience in MS-Office and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel for short term/Long term within US and work as per project requirements.
