We Are Renewables is looking for a Docking Team Lead. As a Docking Team lead you will be working on the dockings of our dredging and offshore fleet. You will be working in a multidisciplinary team managing various aspects of the docking projects

Responsibilities & Tasks

You are responsible for the coordination and follow up of the dockings of our dredging and offshore vessels worldwide.
You manage the various aspects of the docking project, including the budgeted time, cost, execution, contractual and commercial aspects.
You evaluate repair specifications, subcontractors and coordinate the overall technical execution of the works.
You are, together with your colleague of QHSE, responsible for all safety, health and quality aspects.

Requirements

You are a qualified Industrial or Civil Engineer, preferably with a specialization in (electro)mechanics, or the equivalent by experience.
You are experienced in the construction, maintenance or optimization of marine vessels.
You are a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to communicate at different levels
You have a hands-on mentality
You are prepared to travel abroad quite frequently for longer periods
