Position Overview

Our 70-person USA team is hiring a community-minded and creative Growth Marketer to ideate and drive growth initiatives first in their local city and overtime across the USA. You will expand our playbook for marketing with a focus on regional targeting efforts to scale the brand, product, and program as we win the loyalty and trust of US consumers. Your efforts will make our best-in-class, career-changing education programs (regardless of their education or background) known and accessible to US career changers.

Working with our Global team, you will have the ownership and resources you need to expand Practicum in the US market. Reporting into you on day one will include a Marketing, Design, and (essentially) execution teams to support your work taking shape.

In your first 3 months, you will…

Experiment with new growth initiatives in your local city to find new and predictable channels to drive student enrollments in our reskilling programs.
Bring local companies and talented tech professionals in through your network to enrich the local community with their expertise.
Contribute to building our brand positioning by crafting compelling messages and highly shareable content that clarifies our offer and engages current and new audiences.

In your first 6 months, you will…

Work with Marketing teams to turn your ideas into experiments, campaigns, and playbooks for student enrollments as you find increasing product-market fit.
Drive student retention and outcomes in your local area.
Support the development of a strategic vision for Practicum’s regional marketing in 2023.
Launch and optimize new growth channels from pilot to playbook.
Lead and manage the marketing for new initiatives like Referrals, Alumni Networks, and Partnerships.
Project manage campaigns from ideation through execution, including creating detailed briefs for content assets, presenting these briefs to stakeholders for review, assigning and setting deadlines, and recruiting and coordinating contractors.
