Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years previous experience as a Receptionist in the hotel industry
1 years of supervisory role at Front Office operations in the Hotel industry is preferred

Position summary/ Responsibilities

The Senior, Front Operations is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Front Desk. The Senior, Front Operations ensures maximum guest satisfaction and maintains professional standards of service, ensuring check-in, check-out, cashiering in accordance with departmental set service standards.

Required skills/competencies

Experience in working on a 5 star hotel - providing high end services
Computer literate Opera/ Opera cloud familiarization
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional written and spoken communication skills
Must be able to stand for long period of time
Must be able to handle foreign currency

Work schedule- shifts

Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation, 6 days /week, 9 hours per shift with a total of 1 hour break.

Remarks

When working in CY Public Holidays the payment per working day will be extra paid. Training will be provided

No visible tattoos or piercing (eyebrow, lips)
Well shaved, short haircut
Picture and Video (via email) is required / 1xfull length + 1xclose up - Standing up, facing the camera, hands flat, hair behind ears and shoulders, plain fitted t'shirt (no long sleeved shirts)
