Drafting of patent applications- including provisional, complete after provisional, or direct complete application for first filing in India, PCT, US, or EP.
Conducting Inventor interviews to extract relevant details of the invention for writing quality patent applications.
Assisting inventors in disclosure writing and invention mining, where required.
Candidates should have worked in Patent Search and Drafting in the following areas of Hi-Tech, AI, ML, Block-Chain

Prior experience in patent drafting for international clients

Qualifications :

B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M. Tech ( Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computers) Registered Patent Agent a plus
