Our client is a Saudi real estate company that runs some of Saudi Arabia’s largest mixed-use projects. They are currently looking for a Litigation Counsel to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end support in the management.
Assist and represent on all litigation issues, alongside external counsel.
Manage negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and settlement procedures as assigned.
Provide Shariaa advisory to management and legal team.
Follow up on all legal issues and report to management with proposed action plans.
Analyze the probable outcome of cases using knowledge of legal precedents.
Advise management concerning claim chances and possible liabilities.

Qualification & Requirements:

5+ years' experience in litigation with a real estate background.
Highly developed creative thinking, problem solving, and research skills.
High-level communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
Candidate must be Saudi.
