Our client is a Saudi real estate company that runs some of Saudi Arabia’s largest mixed-use projects. They are currently looking for an In-house Lawyer to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure proper Corporate Governance and oversee compliance with Authority Matrix and other policies and procedures.
Advise management on legal structure of transactions.
Prepare memorandum and Articles of Associations, Board resolutions, Shareholders resolution and related documents.
Draft, review and negotiate various types of corporate and commercial contracts such as NDA's, joint ventures, MOU's, real estate contracts, sale and purchase agreements, licensing agreements, banking agreements, labor contracts, lease…etc.
Corporate matters such as M&A's, establishing new companies.
Prepare Legal & Contracts Department's Policy & Procedures.

Qualification & Requirements:

5+ years' experience as an in house lawyer preferably in real estate industry
Highly developed creative thinking, problem solving, and research skills.
High-level communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English languages is a must.
Saudi National.
