Job Description

Drafting and prosecution of patent applications- including provisional, complete after provisional, or direct complete application for first filing in India, PCT, US, or EP.
Conducting Inventor interviews to extract relevant details of the invention for writing quality patent applications.
Assisting inventors in disclosure writing and invention mining, where required.
Candidates should have worked in Patent Search and Drafting in the following areas of Hi-Tech, AI, ML, Block-Chain

Desired skills:

Excellent technical skills to understand the latest technology

Excellent written and oral communication (in English) with the particular ability of techno-legal writing

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to conduct inventor interviews

Self-motivated responsible attitude with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

Prior experience in patent drafting and prosecution for international clients

Qualifications :

BSc/MSc/BTech/MTech/BPharma (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy) Registered Patent Agent a plus

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience in patent drafting
