ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle arbor landscaping maintenance projects, work closely with project manager and liaise with site officer/subcontractor
Scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising the work of all site operations, ensuring that all work is completed safely on time
Prepare the worker’s working time card and submit it to the office by the deadline
Preparing of work done report and photo report after job completed
Perform housekeeping to ensure a neat and tidy workplace
Assess work areas before performing any job operation
Maintenance and upkeep cleanliness of machinery and worksite

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess a valid Class 4/5 driving licence
Operate Lorry Crane Certificate (Optional)
Self-motivated with a positive mindset
Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
