IT Infrastructure Consultant within the Enterprise Customer Success Services Team
Frelance Contract: €350-€440 / day

The Client's Cloud Distributed Software for enterprise is built for sophisticated IT environments. It includes all the necessary license management, deployment and security capabilities required to protect an organization's valuable creative assets.

As part of their Customer Success Services Team, your task is to support top-tier Enterprise customers by maximizing their implementation setup value.

You will work as IT Infrastructure Consultant in a highly agile and dynamic environment. You will be interacting with Enterprise customers to enable onboarding, support large-scale tech change projects, and provide support with troubleshooting and solutions.

What you will be doing:

Support Project Managers deliver complex tech change projects to the Client's largest Enterprise customers and work independently.
Develop and demonstrate deep domain expertise related to various Enterprise Environments Use Cases.
Become the Team's primary Subject Matter Expert on Automated User Management.
- Presenting user management solutions/options, pros and cons, limitations
- Providing guidance on best practices for LDAP, LDAPS, MSAD, Azure AD, Azure SCIM and The User Management API "UMAPI.
- Driving/Documenting online discovery sessions with customers to capture their requirements and environment/infrastructure before identifying the appropriate solution and guiding the customer through setup, testing and go-live.
- Troubleshooting user management issues with The User Management Tool* and the MS Azure Connector to identify and fix issues.
- Knowledge of Python language required.
Knowledge of Identity and SSO, to provide setup guidance
You will be an Enterprise Customer Trusted Advisor. Partner closely with customers and deliver the highest possible guidance and support. Including the ability to identify and provide various viable options to customers being mindful of the risks, potential issues and future-proofing solutions.
Engagements are not binary; client empathy, learning and appreciation of their challenges is paramount. Though, the expectation is that you have the tenacity to politely challenge customer requirements, requests, and expectations as/when needed.

Remote Working: the Team is situated across Europe, mainly communicating via MS Teams and calls. We also work with US-based colleagues where we attend calls that might stretch into the early evening.

What you need to bring to succeed:

BS or above degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Work ethic: As a Company and Team, the Client expects you to be an expert in your field within the Team – operating alone and as a project team. Projects, tasks, and customer scenarios can change daily, so the Client expects you to be dynamic and self-managed.
The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
At least three years experience in an international Enterprise-level customer-facing role, ideally in Enterprise Support or as a Technical Consultant.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent level of both English and French, experience working with Enterprise customers in both languages. Be comfortable with delivering presentations to larger audiences in both English and French.
Enterprise Infrastructure Solution Architecture experience
- Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML security standards with global identity providers, including AADS, ADFS, GoogleID, OKTA, PING
- Azure platform experience with related certifications
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Remote software distribution technologies like SCCM/ARD
- Windows Application packaging and deployment experience
- Windows Virtualization technologies experience including Citrix, Windows Remote Desktop, App-V, Hyper-V VMware Horizon, Windows Virtual Desktop desirable
