House Manager with ability to cook needed for a great family in Palm Beach County, FL.

Expectations from the Cook:
1) Meal preparation for dinners and have enough leftovers for lunches
2) Flexible enough schedule to assist on some weekends for local travel and/or meal preparations to send with principle for planned travel
3) Flexible enough scheduling to travel with family 3x/year to the Islands for a week at a time to cook for family/friends as needed.

House Manager Expectations:
·       Ensuring the family properties are prepared and stocked prior to family arrivals
·       Organizing and running day-to-day, week ahead, and yearly schedule for family
·       Managing all household mail and package deliveries on a routine basis
·       Assisting with household tasks and organizational projects
· Basic daily organizing and tidying of home; oversee the existing housekeepers
·       Launder clothes, bedding and any other misc items; including ironing
·       Shop for groceries and supplies as needed
·       Managing vendors and contractors for misc repairs or maintenance,
·       Responding to special requests, errands, and related duties as needed
·       Assist with care of pets; taking outside and cleaning up after, feeding, vet appointments, and grooming
·       Travel up to 30% (intermittent)

Must:
- be detailed oriented and respectful of principles preferences
-be reliable
-maintain professionalism and have a positive attitude at all times
-be financially responsible and aware of expenditures (based on need to excess)
- be flexible and have the ability to communicate with the family office as needed to ensure efficiency.

Compensation:
Starts at $90K annually (negotiable), plus add'l when travel is req'd/requested
10 days PTO annually
$500/month health stipend
