To source for new customers, new projects and contracts
To study the Tenders/BOQs from Clients in detail and prepare quotations
To meet Architects, Interior Designers, Project management companies, builders, export houses to build Cordial business relationship and bring in continuous business.
To coordinate with production on schedules, design and technical issues
To conduct product/business presentation and pitching for new customers/contracts
To build good rapport and maintain good working relationship with customers
To liaise with designers, architects, production, draftsman and contractors
To Tap the right markets actively and to explore constantly for new marketing opportunities
To provide customer-focused solutions and to meet the company’s business sales targets.
To handle daily operational matters including coordination in preparation of quotations and tenders
To constantly update the marketing collaterals, social media platforms and marketing tools.
To ensure follow up on prompt payments from clients
To constantly be updated with knowledge on all new projects coming up and approach the project team·
Carry out Any other duties as and when assigned by Leadership.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Diploma/Degree with Hands-on with Auto CAD and Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or its equivalent
At least 4 to 5 years of interior/furniture sales working experience with specific experience in Hotel Projects and Door/Door Frame sales will be an added advantage.
Required to travel 70% of the time to various destinations across India to meet clients.
Excellent command of English, (written and spoken) with spoken knowledge of Hindi and south Indian languages preferred.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office related products)
Self-motivated & able to work independently
Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
Cheerful and Extroverted personality preferred
Accurate, initiative, meticulous and keen learner
