Job Title: Patent Search and Analytics Expert

Our client, a leading intellectual property law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patent Search and Analytics Expert to join their team. They are looking for a candidate with a BTech/MTech in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science and 3-5 years of experience in Patent searching and analytics.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patent searches including Prior art/Patentability, Validity/Invalidity, FTO, Patent Landscape, etc.
Analyze and interpret patent data to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technical advancements in wireless standards (3GPP) and computer architecture/processor architecture technologies.
Collaborate with clients and attorneys to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science.
3-5 years of experience in Patent searching and analytics.
Expertise in performing Patent searching: Prior art/Patentability, Validity/Invalidity, FTO, Patent Landscape, etc.
Good knowledge of wireless standards (3GPP) and computer architecture/processor architecture technologies.
Ability to adapt to regular technical advancements in above domains.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
