Operational mindset with ability to develop a department-wide strategy that is commercial/risk balanced
Ability to identify and execute against innovation opportunities
Personel management experience
Excellent judgment and strong stakeholder management abilities
The ability to collaborate across functions and regions.

The responsibilities for this role will include:

Influencing the strategic direction of the legal department at the highest level, through advice and execution support to CLO;
Enhancing the legal department’s operational prowess via process improvements and use of innovative tools;
Serving as de facto Chief of Staff to the CLO
Litigation case management and capacity to take on litigation “special projects”
Assist in the management of the legal department’s budget and relationship with procurement team;
