A top environmental services organisation is seeking a HR Manager for a 1-year contract. This consulting firm supports organisations as they work towards a more sustainable future. You will be a fundamental part of the HR Team as well as the German branch of the organisation:

Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit interview for Germany
Point of contact for all employee inquiries related to HR
Manage all employee benefits & support different projects related to this topic
Prepare payroll on a month basis with the support of their local vendor
Provide trainings on new people processes or tools
Participate in different HR projects as they continuously improve benefits, processes & tools

Experience:

You have a minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Manager or Generalist touching on all the topics listed above
Strong foundational knowledge of German Labor Law
Experience preparing payroll for a team of 20 or more
Fluent in German & English (C1 level)
