POSITION PROFILE:
Our client is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Pipeline Engineer to join their team, offering a hybrid work environment. The role is based in one of our Texas locations: Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, or Austin. The successful candidate will have a crucial role in assessing and providing design and construction support for conveyance facilities related to water, wastewater, recycled water, and utility infrastructure projects.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pipeline Design and Analysis:

Conduct hydraulic and structural analysis and calculations for medium to large diameter water and wastewater pipelines.
Prepare detailed design plans, specifications, and drawings.
Collaborate with the senior team to perform pipeline design calculations.

Technical Support:

Offer technical support and expertise to multi-disciplinary project teams.
Author technical reports and ensure the maintenance of accurate project records, reports, and documentation.

Project Management:

Provide support for projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to construction, while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background: A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience, specifically related to pipeline work.
Professional Engineer (PE): Must hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or have the ability to obtain one.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with pipeline design software and hydraulic modeling tools.
Knowledge: Understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations in the field.
Technical Writing: Strong technical writing skills, which are essential for the role.
