Description of Technical Specialist

We ARE looking for a Technical Specialist for one of our clients active in the renewable energy. As a Technical Specialist you will act as an expert on specific topics and systems and will have full responsibility for the technical expertise of the systems. You will ensure the quality of the systems (including documentation, materials and that everything meets the requirements).

Your responsibilities:

• You will further develop technical standards and support the preparation of various reports, such as the soil and noise reports;
• You will support the preparation of the construction site in terms of infrastructure (electricity, access roads, etc.), but you also participate in the commissioning of the allocated facilities;
• You are required to do regular site visits to implement quality checks, using strong interface management with the relevant people;
• You will prepare technical specifications and coordinate all activities assigned to you across projects.

Your profile:

• You have a master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent;
• You have gained in-depth knowledge and relevant work experience in civil engineering construction projects;
• Fluent written and spoken business English and Dutch is no problem for you;
• You bring structured working methods and advanced documentation management skills;
• In addition, you are familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and you have the ability to work not only with your team. Independence and self-initiative complete your profile;
• The position requires a high degree of mobility and assertiveness and working on- and offshore (AWMF standard) together with a driving license (B).

Location: Arnhem + project location (Hybrid partly)
