Job Outline

Ensure all incoming travel agent requests are handled via different mailboxes (waivers/favors)
Act as Group Sales Agent when required
Provide administrative support to the Sales Executive and Sales Manager
Organize, coordinate, and communicate events, workshops, or seminars
Ticketing knowledge
ADM/ACM handling
Produce commercial reports when required using Emirates Group’s systems.
Handle B2B communications

Qualifications/Experience

Experience in airline sales support role or similar airline commercial role.
Skilled use of MS Office, E-mail, Internet, and data presentation
Good knowledge of Airline Reservations & Ticketing
Knowledge of Group handling.
Working knowledge of the local airline industry market.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
