Education and qualifications:

Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance preferably CA -Inter; Work experience: Candidates should have 4-+ years of relevant work experience in the audit, assurance, or taxation fields. OR
Qualified Chartered Accountants /ACA, should have completed the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course from a recognized institution. Work experience: Candidates should have 0-3 years of relevant work experience in the audit, assurance, or taxation fields. Experience working with a CA firm is preferred.

Knowledge and skills:
Candidates should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, auditing standards, taxation laws and regulations, and financial reporting. They should also possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
