We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to grow with the team. As Operations Manager your responsibilities would include:

Warehouse management and performance of the warehouse.
Operational efficiency and inventory management of the warehouse.
Planning and Procurement of Raw Materials & Packaging materials.
Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation and cost reduction
Project Infrastructure planning and procurement for the warehouse...
Responsible for end to end logistics performance of the organisation for the domestics as well as international operations.
Performance of the last mile international operations.
Meeting and exceeding the delivery performance to the customer.
Process mapping, process improvement across the supply chain

Requirements:

2-7 years of overall experience, with atleast 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain , warehouse management or strategy.
Experience with both strategy formulation and implementation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and high sense of ownership.
Solid project management skills and ability to lead and collaborate with cros functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and work on complex projects.
Strong growth track record in the past professional career.
Outstanding written, oral Communication skills and organizational ability.
