Purpose: - Strategically build Sales Team and Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships. Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of the company's mattressess Brands on a sustainable basis.
Key Accountability: -
Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development.
Key Decision: -

Propose introduction/discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
Working Relation:
Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs/market feedback. Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges. Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at the local level. Close relations with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
