The Opportunity:

We are looking for an extremely well-qualified Technology Transactions Attorney. This role requires an individual who has comprehensive knowledge of complex technology transactions, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology transactions involving software licensing, data analytics services, cloud hosting services, R&D, data privacy, and data security.

Key Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience at a top law firm or in-house department with a focus on technology transactions.
Experience in drafting and negotiation of complex contracts in the technology field.
Comprehensive understanding of legal issues in complex technology transactions.
Ability to counsel on applicable laws and risk mitigation strategies.
Capacity to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements to meet business and legal needs, including complex technology transactions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to analyze business and legal risks.
Manage contract documentation flow, approvals, and reporting consistent with internal processes.
Provide ongoing legal support for your area of responsibility.
Investigate, manage, and propose resolutions to customer disputes and other conflicts.
Assist in legal claim management to reduce non-conformance costs and pursue claim recoveries.
Assist in the development and maintenance of contract templates for technology and other commercial transactions.
Conduct training for personnel on various legal and compliance topics.

Compensation: $175,000 - $250,000+
