Location: Palm Beach Island
Position: Live-out
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm whilst family is out of state.
When family is in residence (approx. 6 full weeks per year, plus long weekends), weekend hours may be required, switched out for extra days off the following week.
Home: Approx 16,000 sq ft. 7 bedrooms, 8 baths. Open plan floor plan, + boathouse.

Lovely family looking to hire an additional professional, experienced and energetic live-out Housekeeper for their semi-formal residence on Palm Beach Island. You will be working alongside the families other full-time Housekeeper in a team.
This family spends most of their time at their other residence out of state, so emphasis is placed on maintaining the home (including boathouse and art studio) to a wonderful and “ready” standard whilst the family away.
Whilst the family are in town, additional, regular daily housekeeping tasks will be undertaken.
Table service, pouring drinks (e.g. glass of wine), and table service (Chef cooks all meals) will be required.
This is a semi-formal residence, with uniform required (pants & polo shirt).

Duties will include, and are shared with the live-out Housekeeper:
- Setting table
- Table service
- Daily and deep cleaning
- Laundry
- Running errands (such as packages/ mail etc) may be required

About you:
- Must work well in a team – this includes the other Housekeeper, Nannies, Chef, House Manager, and vendors
- Proactive, go-getter and hardworking
- COVID vaccinated
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong serving experience

Compensation:
-This is a W2 position.
- Salary of $78,000 per year (approx. $37/ hour)
- Health insurance
- 2 weeks vacation per year
- Holidays worked paid at overtime rates (1.5 x normal)
