We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Enterprise Architecture team, focusing on Generative AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the responsible use of generative AI across Team by tracking initiatives, driving accountability, and running a tight ship. This is a full-time, long-term contract position.

Collaborate with appropriate leaders and project sponsors to understand requirements
Ensure appropriate resource allocation and onboarding of supplementary resources via Strategic Partners for support of global work package
Lead a cross-functional team to deliver solutions and processes in support of project objectives and requirements\, providing clear direction and communication
Manage the project plan\, budget\, risks\, and issues\, escalating to senior management when appropriate
Identify and actively monitor delivery of external dependencies
Define deployment strategy and prepare and complete the project plan\, ensuring a smooth transition to full support post-delivery
Manage the project budget on behalf of the appropriate Programme Manager or Sponsor
Collaborate with Tech groups to ensure adequate resources are deployed for delivery
Work with the central enterprise tech function's product owners to identify appropriate resourcing plans\, leveraging both internal resources and strategic partners to deliver defined deliverables
Ensure effective communication planning\, leadership identification\, engagement\, and regular status reporting to key business leaders within the central enterprise tech function and with the appropriate program (customer)
Build close working relationships with customers\, engineering teams\, and relevant business contacts to maintain confidence\, inform and engage all parties during the project\, and ensure the solution supports the central enterprise tech function's adoption by new markets and delivers maximum benefit
Establish strategic direction in the assigned area by influencing and negotiating successful outcomes with senior leaders inside and outside of the central enterprise tech function (at SVP\, VP\, and Tech LT levels)
Recommend and manage intelligent risk-taking with high transparency and accountability
Support leadership in addressing high-risk\, high-impact situations with clear analysis\, high transparency\, and a sense of partnership\, even when faced with significant adversity or major obstacles

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager
Excellent communication\, leadership\, and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage risks and make informed decisions
Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively
Solid understanding of generative AI and its applications in a business context is preferred
