A leading UPS engineering company in Nairobi is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who has a proven track record of working with European UPS systems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to market and sell UPS systems to a diverse range of clients, lead a team for servicing, testing, and commissioning and handle all after-sales queries.

Responsibilities:

Market and sell European Brand UPS systems to various Industries
Handle a team for servicing, testing, and commissioning engineers
Handle after-sales queries
Personally handle projects from start to finish
Requirements:
Proven experience with European UPS systems
A degree/diploma in electrical/electronic engineering with minimum 5 years of experience
Significant experience in the field of UPS systems and their maintenance, installation and
commissioning.
Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems and the ability to troubleshoot
problems in UPS systems and implement effective solutions.
Familiarity of industry standards.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members is essential
Team management skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers, and provide guidance and training as needed.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
