An exciting career opportunity has arisen in the heart of the London reinsurance market to join a well respected, vibrant team of wholesale broking specialists, as a Senior International Property Insurance Broker.

Our Client

And hopefully 'your new company' is a well established, truly independent Lloyd's Broker, who enjoy a global client base.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery - both client and market facing.

Work with clients to ensure accurate risk details are obtained.
Oversee the preparation of broking presentations.
Identify suitable markets and devise a placement strategy.
Lead negotiations with syndicate, company and overseas markets.
Maintain and develop strong market and relationships.
Collaborate within the team to explore new business opportunities.

Regional Responsibility

You will have direct responsibility for both new business and renewal enquiries emanating mainly from;

Middle East, North Africa and surrounding regions.

Experience and required skills;

The ideal candidate will have;

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant London market and international market experience.
A solid working and technical knowledge of the property reinsurance product classes and markets.
Values good market, client and colleague relationships.
Is able to work both in a team and independently.
Can work to deadlines and has an eye for detail.
Positive attitude and a desire to always do your best for your clients.
