High-level Job role and responsibilities are to assist the US P2P Financial Transformation Program SPOC in monitoring and driving improvement in the No PO No Pay rejected invoice objective, monitor and drive improvement in the End of Month +4 Payment Term adoption objective, monitoring and driving improvement in the Clean PO objective among other assigned tasks in all three in-scope ERP systems (SAP Torque, AMSAP, BUS) across ABB Business Areas

Experience Selection

Consultant, More than three years. Responsible for performing tasks under limited supervision. May provide limited leadership or be assisted by professionals with less experience. May use a wide range of disciplines. Requires a BS degree, firm background, and three (3) to five (5) years of role-related work experience after the degree.

Skill Set Description

Deep experience in analyzing and manipulating large data sets in Excel
Advanced English language speaking and writing skills and comfortable in self-initiated discussions with individual and group stakeholders
Schedule and execute weekly stakeholder status calls
Responsible for ensuring the right level of functional knowledge in the cross-BA P2P team
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate P2P FTP initiatives with all stakeholders.
Take an active role in resolving P2P FTP escalated issues involving the outcome of the analysis results.
Ensure the project follows execution best practices, timelines, and ABB policies.
Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvements for project execution in alignment with project strategies. Effectively monitor and control project progress.
Identify, qualify, quantify, and manages project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued. |

Work Hours | 24-hour (3-day M-W-F) work week in the US ET time zone. |
