We ARE Renewables is looking for Project Lead, to locate underground infrastructure (LOI)

Project Locating underground infrastructure (abbreviated LOI) starts with scanning the subsurface of stations and, where necessary, beyond them to supplement the available information in the asset management systems. A framework contract has been concluded with contractors to carry out the scans and now we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced project leader to coordinate the remaining preparatory work and get the project started. The aim is to set up and lead projects within a focus area in such a way that the project result is realized within the established agreements.

Responsibilities:

Leads the project as a "driving force";
Actively contributes to a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and contractors;
Prepares a realistic project plan and budget and coordinates this with the Lead Data & Documentation Control team;
Plans, organizes, and coordinates the execution of the activities in close coordination with the stakeholders. Stakeholders include Areas, PEN and DDC;
Coordination with colleagues and contractors;
Monitors progress, signals deviations;
Prepares decision documents, reports and evaluations;
Ensures quality and takes measures to achieve the intended project result;
Coordinate the collection and assessment of data done at the ArcGIS specialists and data managers.

Requirements:

You have at least HBO+ working and thinking level;
You have at least 5 years of experience in planning and leading complex, infrastructural work in technically oriented organizations;
You are always looking for improvements, you can work well together and you have a positive basic attitude;
You are strong in planning and organizing, focused on collaboration and can deal with the ambiguity of project development;
You are dynamic, enthusiastic, and intrinsically motivated with a 'can-do mentality'. In addition, you are communicative in Dutch and preferably also in English;
Knowledge of ArcGIS systems is a plus.
