Reporting to the CEO and Internal auditors you will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities including:
Administration Management
Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction
Issuance of joining and receiving letter
Maintaining HR files and records
Maintain Employee Records (attendance/leave)
Coordinating with the compliance team to provide the details related to employees on a regular basis
Providing salary slips, coordinating form 16, etc. with the compliance team and employees.
Arranging travel tickets/ bookings.
Arranging staff welfare-related programs.
Payroll coordination with CA Firm
HR Compliances like PF, ESI records
Charge Sheets if and when required
Office Admin
Knowledge of MS Office and Excel is a must
4. Documentation of employees

Experience: 4-10 Years
Salary: 350000 - 550000 LPA
