Monitor the cash flow, budget, and inventories

Responsible for processing and payment of vendor and service-related bills and payment tracking along with accounts
Maintain all checklists and certificates for each service and ensure a timely Audit is performed for costing and safety checking.
Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance for office equipment, furniture & fixtures, communications, and fittings, including carpentry, plumbing, civil and electrical works at the unit.
Conduct Safety Audits, Costing Audits& Spot checking/Supervising for better service and cost optimization
Manage daily branch expenses, annual events, and corporate events.

Strong capacity for attention to detail, problem-solving

Experience: 10-20 years in Administration. Experience in a K12 School would be ideal
