The Team and Role

This is a high-performing, ambitious team that thrives on winning. They work with some of our biggest clients across the group and have delivered IT solutions to a range of high-profile organisations and projects.

We're looking for a hunter: a commercially driven Account Director who wins new business and sees every account as an opportunity to grow. You'll own a portfolio of strategic IT Managed Services accounts, with a clear mandate to increase revenue, grow share of wallet and break into the white space across our clients' estates, from new divisions and sites to services they don't yet buy from us.

The Requirements

You'll build multi-level relationships, up to C-suite, across your accounts, map the white space, and turn account plans into qualified pipeline and closed revenue. Success is measured on new revenue: net-new services, account expansion and share of wallet.

You will:

Hunt for and close net-new opportunities across your accounts, leading the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed purchase order
Map each account's IT estate, spend and decision-makers to find the white space, then build and execute a plan to win it
Grow share of wallet by displacing incumbent providers and expanding OneAdvanced's footprint into new divisions, sites and service lines
Cross-sell and upsell across the full Managed Services portfolio, including desktop support, modern workplace, public and hybrid cloud, and outsourced IT services
Accurately forecast using the MEDDIC methodology
Build and maintain a self-generated pipeline at a healthy multiple of target
Build trusted relationships up to C-suite level, using a range of influencing styles to shape requirements early
Bring in pre-sales, service delivery and leadership to shape and win complex, multi-service deals
Produce compelling proposals and presentations, and provide accurate, timely forecasts to the Sales Director
Know the OneAdvanced Managed Services value proposition inside out and position it in context to meet each client's needs

What you'll bring:

A proven new business track record selling IT Managed Services (desktop support, modern workplace, public/hybrid cloud, outsourced IT services)
Experience as an Account Director or senior Account Manager with a hunter mindset, growing accounts through net-new wins rather than renewals alone
A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, with examples of landing and expanding in large accounts
Strength in account mapping, white space analysis and opening doors with new stakeholders
Confidence negotiating at senior level and closing complex, multi-service deals
Self-motivated, tenacious, disciplined and resilient, with a real hunger to win
Outstanding networking and communication skills, written and oral
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to devise and implement strategies that benefit OneAdvanced and our clients
Effective time management and strong pipeline discipline
