Job location: Restaurants in Larnaca, Cyprus

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the wait staff in setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
Greet and seat guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and timely
Deliver food and beverages to guests
Ensure tables are cleaned and reset efficiently
Assist in preparing and serving desserts or other items as requested
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Follow all hygiene and safety standards

Essential Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desired Experience:

Experience as an assistant waiter or in a related position
Good command of English
Familiarity with food and beverage menus
Knowledge of different serving techniques
Ability to handle cash transactions
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

Net Salary per Month: €1,300 (base salary of €1,000 + €300 in guaranteed tips). This includes Social & Health Insurance.
Days Per Week: 5
Hours Per Day: 9 (inclusive of a 30-minute break)
Meals: One meal provided during work hours.
Accommodation: Provided by the company, housing 2 individuals per room. The company covers accommodation and Wi-Fi costs. Employees are responsible for their share of electricity and water charges. For those choosing their own accommodation, a monthly subsidy of €200 is offered.
Language Requirement: English
Contract: 12-month tenure, with the possibility of renewal if both parties are satisfied.
Bonus: A bonus of €600 is awarded upon completion of the contract
