Job Description: Éttermi Kisegítő/Food Runner

Our partner a renowned restaurant chain in Cyprus, Larnaca is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Éttermi Kisegítő/Food Runners. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation and ensure the timely delivery of dishes to customers.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure all orders are accurately prepared and delivered.
Ensure the presentation of dishes is visually appealing and complies with company standards.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Support servers in clearing tables, refilling beverages, and providing necessary utensils.
Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints, escalating any issues as necessary.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and sanitization practices.
Assist in restocking inventory, including ingredients, dining supplies, and condiments.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.

Desired Experience:

Prior experience in a customer service environment.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Ability to converse in multiple languages is a plus.

Net Salary per Month: €1,000 (base salary of €1,000 including tips). This includes Social & Health Insurance.
Days Per Week: 5
Hours Per Day: 9 (inclusive of a 30-minute break)
Meals: One meal provided during work hours.
Accommodation: Provided by the company, housing 2 individuals per room. The company covers accommodation and Wi-Fi costs. Employees are responsible for their share of electricity and water charges. For those choosing their own accommodation, a monthly subsidy of €200 is offered.
Language Requirement: English
Contract: 12-month tenure, with the possibility of renewal if both parties are satisfied.
Bonus: A bonus of €600 is awarded upon completion of the contract.
