Responsible for controlling inventories for optimum use of working capital
Preparation and analysis of plant MIS and other management reports
Responsible for tracking and controlling overheads
Work as a Plant Finance Controller for the plant.
Preparation of Financial Statements
Responsible for handling statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit
Responsible for month-end book closure activities
Responsible for preparation of MIS & other management reports
Preparation of financial & operational performance deck (PPT)
Preparation of costing & product pricing report
Budgeting & Financial Performance Analysis
Gross margin analysis
Inventory Analysis
Development and implementation internal control system
Handling end to end factory and corporate finance function
