Job Description: Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a smooth assimilation into the company.
Administer performance management systems and provide guidance to managers for effective employee evaluations.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR policies and processes.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR manager, PHR preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and external partners.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferably, the candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar HR role in a manufacturing company.
