Foreman Carpenter - Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of carpenters on construction sites.
Coordinate and assign tasks to carpenters according to project requirements.
Ensure that construction projects are completed within budget and on time.
Oversee the installation and repair of structures, fixtures, and frameworks made of wood or other materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials needed for construction.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing and following safety procedures and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that the project goals are met.
Manage inventory and procure necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
Train and mentor carpenters, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.
Inspect and evaluate the quality of work performed by carpenters to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
