Location: Bucharest (office).

Responsibilities:
- Proactive Recruiting (cold call and research of alternative channel to find candidates);
- Support HR Project Manager in searching company of the field, with the aim of establishing collaborations;
- Selecting candidates through variety of sources;
- Involved in recruitment processes with main focus in blue-collar (welders, pipefitters, steel carpenters, etc.);
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates;
- Manage selection process;
- Handle of the candidates during testing phase;
- Develop a database of candidates in advance of need;

Requirement:
- At least 2 year of previous experience in the recruitment field;
- Mother Tongue Romanian and fluent in English;
- Proactive attitude;
- Flexibility and open mindset;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Excellent Internet and Microsoft Office skills.

Preferential (but not mandatory) requirements:
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas Field
- Good knowledge blue-collar market in Romania.
