We are seeking a Sales Executive to join the dynamic team of our client, a reputable and established company in the building material sector within Cyprus that specializes in innovative and high-quality designs for ceramic, wooden, and sanitary ware.

Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar position.
Outstanding customer service and sales abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
Fluency in Greek is essential.
Prior experience in the ceramic tile and sanitary ware industry is an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Establishing sales objectives and formulating comprehensive sales strategies.
Proficient in negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
Builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs, and addresses concerns effectively.
Conducting research to identify potential prospects and generate leads.
Planning and managing the implementation of new marketing initiatives.
Engaging with potential and existing customers through phone communication, email correspondence, and in-person meetings.
Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Preparing and delivering detailed quotes and proposals.
Assisting with inventory management and stocktaking as required.

Benefits:

Gross salary up to 2000 euros.
Commissions 3 on sales excluding VAT.

Working hours: 9 am to 6 PM (Monday to Friday).
Work will be indoor (working at the shop) and outdoor (visiting the clients at their premises all over Cyprus).
