Document Controller- Large projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• You are the ambassador and expert in the field of document management within LPN: you know the internal policy and promote it;
• You are the first point of contact for the project teams: you support the project teams in the form of advice and executive activities and make adjustments where necessary;
• You work together with other DIV employees from other areas to standardize policies and working methods within LPN. You also contribute to improvement projects;
• You carry out quality checks to check whether documents have been placed in the project file in accordance with the document management policy and make adjustments where necessary. You report on the results so that targeted improvements can be implemented;
• You are a Key User of various (document management) systems: you train (new) employees, answer questions from users and identify system improvements;
• You are proactively involved in the document exchange with Contractors with the aim of making this process as smooth as possible. You make the necessary preparations to set up the project file, monitor the document flow and supervise the review process;
• You contribute to the transfer to the management organization when projects are completed;
• You support the preparation and processing of (bulk) documentation and other executive activities that arise in the field of Document Management.

Your profile:
• You have at least an MBO+ working and thinking level and you have relevant work experience
• You are willing to follow a specific education, training or course for your field;
• You have good communication skills, both oral and written;
• You are results-oriented and work carefully and conscientiously;
• You are proactive and independent, but you can also work well together;
• You can deal with resistance and know how to engage and convince colleagues in a positive manner;
• You dare to address your colleagues about improvements to be achieved and actively engage in discussions about this;
• You have an affinity with a technical environment and concepts;
• Experience with applications such as VISI, SharePoint and/or Meridian is an advantage;
• Command of the Dutch language must be excellent.
