Report to Quality Manager and has responsibility to coordinate and arrange for Third Party Inspection Agency Inspectors to conduct and report results of Vendor Inspections.
Develop and maintain Vendor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Verification Documents and review Vendor work instructions.
Provide training to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and achieved by Vendor Inspectors.
Support and participate in Vendor qualification process and prepare Vendors’ Inspection and Test Plans, and plan and prepare for and coordinate Vendor inspections.
Implement a comprehensive Audit Program to cover QA /QC processes, materials, plant, field, and turnaround activities for TCO and Contractors. The audit schedule shall be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that all aspects of the business are covered, and that the frequency of audits is adequate.
Employ tracking and reporting databases and systems as determined necessary throughout the course of a project / turnaround and expedite completion of Audit, NCR, Surveillance reports and close out of CAR.
Develop plan and attend TCO WHS Audits as a part of RE Team (SERIP Audits) to verify that WHS staff is following TCO and SCM procedures, look for potential gaps and areas for improvement
Conduct Vendor reviews of work practices, inspections, and documentation to ensure Suppliers execution according to approved procedures, codes, specifications and regulations.
Review quality verification documents to ensure completeness and correctness for turnover.
Prepare periodic reports for Quality Manager, including Project Weekly Quality Assurance and Control Reports.
Manage and maintain Vendor turnover documents including development of file system, storage, retrieval methods and transmittal for retention.
Play active role in deployment of safety culture, making safety a natural part of all work performed, and participate in weekly Safety Audits.
Always ensure good housekeeping and timely completion of actions to resolve safety issues.

Review and sign Position Descriptions and participate in weekly team meetings to review progress and status of Quality and Project initiatives

Job Specification and requirements:
Citizen of Republic of Kazakhstan
High technical education
Minimum 5 years of Quality Audit experience (from first and second sides) as a customer.
English is at least level 3 on the TCO scale (conversational level).
Preferred experience in Audits from third side ( certification body).
Highly motivated individual that is capable of leading high-performance team.
Strong Quality background and leadership experience on large construction projects including Vendor inspection, quality audits and surveillance functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
If not already certified, must be qualified and capable of gaining Auditor Certification.
Minimum 8 years of Quality Management experience in a senior management or supervisory role. (preferable)
