Brief CSSR Job description

Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German & English languages
Work on airline reservations systems & handle voice calls in English & German – may include some written correspondence

Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels

Requirements

Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written skills essential (Advanced level may be considered)
Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills
No criminal record
Flexibility to work shifts
Previous customer service experience preferred

Employment terms and conditions

Remuneration: R200 000 CTC per annum
Full-time, permanent contract: 40 hours per week at 8 – 9 hours shifts per day
Operational hours: 24/7; 365 days per week
1. Rotational shifts Mondays – Sundays includes & public holidays as operationally required. Working hours may be subject to change depending on client requirements.
2. Specific operating hours may apply depending on account allocated TBD in interview stage (however flexibility is key)
3. Working hours always subject to change dependent on client requirements
Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
Probation period: 4 months
