Job Overview

SurveySparrow is looking for self-driven professionals obsessed with customer satisfaction and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Source new opportunities through inbound and outbound activities
Understand customer needs and qualify them
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Conduct effective online demos

Requirements

Proven inside sales experience
Strong phone and presentation skills
Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time

Sales Cycle: 1–5 months
Ticket Size: $2K - $40K
Work Location: Office Only
Travel: 10%
