Job Description:
As a Surgical Sales Intern specializing in Medical Devices at Anstem Medical, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and supporting our range of healthcare products. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our company's growth. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical field.

Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge:
- Be adequately trained and familiar with the range of products our Business Unit (BU) sells.
Sales and Promotion:
- Develop skills to effectively promote our products to the target market.
Market Awareness:
- Stay constantly aware of market opportunities for the continuous growth of products in the area.
Business Relationships:
- Establish and maintain ethical business relationships with key consumers to ensure sustained business growth.
Training and Support:
- Assist hospital staff with product training to ensure correct product usage efficiency.
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activity and share relevant information with superiors.
Identifying Opportunities:
- Report new market opportunities to superiors for further evaluation.
Ethical Sponsorships:
- Act responsibly in dealing with requests for sponsorships, considering the importance of clients to ongoing business strategies.
Strategic Alignment:
- Be familiar with and implement business strategies for product promotions.
Integrity:
- Ensure no misrepresentation of products or the company's ability to meet obligations.
Equipment and Preparedness:
- Carry necessary product and literature for professional presentations and demonstrations.
Sales Targets:
- Work towards meeting and exceeding sales forecasts determined by the company.
Confidentiality:
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company policies, products, and information.
Self-Evaluation:
- Gather information from internal resources for fair and objective self-evaluation.
Timely Reporting:
- Report promptly on any matters requiring attention or reporting.

Requirements:

Medical related degree
Own Vehicle and Driver's license
