You will have a proven track record in equity raising, particularly within the commercial real estate sector, along with outstanding leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive equity raising strategy to meet fundraising targets and objectives.

Plan and coordinate investor roadshows, presentations, and investor meetings to effectively showcase our investment opportunities and value proposition.
Effectively lead and develop a team of equity raising professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their professional growth and ensure team success.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record of success in equity raising and fundraising, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong network of investors, including contacts in institutional funds, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and other relevant investment communities.
