Reporting to the Plant Head and working closely with the Marketing Head you will be responsible for leading Production and engineering including Production planning, new product development, Design, and R&D and supplier development.

Product development including.Production, Design & R&D
Extensive experience in Turning, Grinding, broaching & Robots/Kobots handling, and programming.
Skilled in Manual CNC programming.
Vendor development/outsourcing.
Production planning on the shop floor daily, weekly, and monthly.
Exposure in Problem solving techniques such as 7-QC tools, 5-S, Poke-yoke, kaizen, CAPA, TPM, Six Sigma advance Black belt, TQM, Inventory Control, Cost Reduction activities, Productivity improvement, O.E.E, Lean Manufacturing.
Having excellent interpersonal Leadership Skills & result result-oriented approach towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.
New plant shop floor machines layout planning
Good experience in the selection of Cutting Tools, Fixture concepts, Technical solutions, Design
